DDoS Protected Dedicated Servers in Europe
Bare metal with 40 Gbps / 4 Mpps of Layer 4 DDoS mitigation included on every build, and up to 1 Tbps / 100 Mpps when you need more. Floods are dropped upstream, before they reach your port, while the unmetered port stays open for real users.
Choose Your Protection Tier at Checkout
Every build includes 40 Gbps / 4 Mpps of Layer 4 filtering. If your IPs draw bigger floods, raise the tier on the configure step. Upgrades are billed per server, per month, on top of the build.
Gbps measures how much traffic a flood carries; Mpps measures how many packets it sends. Small-packet floods can exhaust the packet rate long before they fill the bandwidth, so both numbers matter. For a sizing method, read how much DDoS protection a dedicated server needs.
Network-Edge Mitigation on Every Build, Application Filtering When You Need It
A DDoS protected dedicated server stops the attacks that aim at the network and the machine. Attacks aimed at the application itself need a proxy in front of it. The table shows where that line sits.
Application-layer attacks target the software, not the pipe, so they are filtered by a reverse proxy rather than at the network edge. Remote DDoS Protection places that proxy in front of any origin, including a server on this page, with plans from 10 Gbps to 1 Tbps of per-origin Layer 4 scrubbing and custom traffic filters.
Seven Builds, 40 Gbps Protection Included on Each
The Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC builds you can configure online, at the same prices as the dedicated server catalogue. Location and protection tier are chosen at checkout, and mitigation is on from the first boot.

Six Things to Verify on Any DDoS Protected Server
The same questions our own buyers ask. Most are answered on this page; the rest are what to ask a provider who will not put the numbers in writing.
Workloads That Cannot Afford to Go Dark
If your revenue, players or viewers depend on an IP address staying reachable, the attack will come. These are the workloads the included mitigation is sized for.
Game servers
Player-facing IPs are among the most attacked addresses on the internet. Edge filtering keeps the match up while the flood is absorbed upstream. Gaming setup guide
Streaming and media
Live streams cannot buffer through an attack. An unmetered port with mitigation upstream keeps bitrates steady for your audience.
E-commerce and payments
Checkout downtime is lost revenue by the minute. Volumetric and protocol attacks are dropped before they reach the storefront.
SaaS platforms and APIs
Public endpoints stay reachable for customers while attack traffic is filtered. Add Layer 7 rules for the application itself.
High-bandwidth workloads
Every build ships with an unmetered 1Gbps port and takes faster ports at checkout, so protection never comes with a traffic cap. Unmetered dedicated servers
Storage and backup targets
Backup endpoints are quiet until they are attacked. The same edge filtering covers dedicated storage servers.
Filtered Before It Reaches Your Port
Mitigation that runs on the server is already too late, because the pipe is full. Every step below happens upstream of the machine you rent.
Traffic enters the edge
Every packet destined for your server crosses the network edge first, where traffic is inspected continuously.
Attack traffic is identified
Volumetric and protocol anomalies such as floods, amplification and SYN storms are recognised at the network layer, not on your machine.
Malicious packets are dropped upstream
Filtering happens before the traffic reaches your port, so the server never spends CPU or bandwidth on the attack.
Clean traffic reaches the server
Legitimate users keep the unmetered port to themselves. For application-layer floods, add Remote DDoS Protection in front of the app.
