Dedicated Servers for Virtualization
Bare metal for your own hypervisor. Pick Proxmox VE or VMware ESXi at checkout, run as many VMs as the hardware holds, and pay one fixed monthly price. Need more RAM, a different disk layout or a whole cluster? Send us the spec and an engineer builds the quote.
How Many VMs Fit on Each Server?
Pick a typical VM and a CPU overcommit ratio. The table shows how many of them each build can host and what one VM costs you per month. Most hosts run out of RAM long before CPU, which is exactly what a custom build fixes.
The planner keeps 10% of RAM (at least 8 GB) for the hypervisor and its cache, and does not model disk. Real density depends on your workload; treat it as a starting point, not a promise.
Seven Builds, Any of Them With Your Hypervisor
Every build below offers Proxmox VE and VMware ESXi in the Operating System menu at checkout, plus Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux if you run KVM yourself. Order as is, or press Customize and tell us what to change.

The store sells fixed builds. Virtualization rarely fits one. These are the requests we quote every week; the prices shown are the ones you can already pick at checkout.
More RAM
RAM is the limit on most hypervisors. Ask for more than the build ships with and we quote the upgrade.
Quoted per buildDisks and RAID your way
Up to 6 × 8 TB SSD on Xeon or 24 extra enterprise NVMe on EPYC, ZFS-friendly layouts, a separate boot pair.
From €10/moFaster ports
Every build starts at 1Gbps. Step up to 2, 5, 10 or more, up to 100Gbps on the largest EPYC builds.
From €50/moIP space for your VMs
Up to five extra IPv4 addresses, a full /24, or announce your own /24 and ASN from our network.
€3 per IPDDoS capacity
40Gbps / 4Mpps Layer 4 filtering is included on every server. Raise it for exposed tenants.
Up to 1 TbpsBackup targets
Off-server storage for vzdump, Proxmox Backup Server or Veeam, from 1 TB to 600 TB.
€5 per TBSeveral nodes
Identical servers in one facility for a Proxmox or vSphere cluster, or a second site for replicas.
Quoted per clusterManaged setup
Let us install the hypervisor stack and watch it: 2 hours a month, or fully managed with live support.
From €99/moProxmox VE, VMware ESXi or Your Own
Pick the image in the Operating System menu and the server boots into it. Prefer something else? Choose a plain Linux image or ask us.
Proxmox VE
Versions 7, 8 and 9Open-source KVM and LXC with a web UI, ZFS, Ceph and built-in clustering. No licence fee; the enterprise repository subscription is optional and bought from Proxmox.
VMware ESXi
7.0 U3j, 8.0b and 9.0The type 1 hypervisor behind vSphere. VMware licensing has changed under Broadcom, so tell us whether you bring your own licence and we confirm what applies before you order.
Your own stack
KVM, XCP-ng, Hyper-V and moreInstall Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux and run KVM with libvirt, or ask us to set up XCP-ng, Hyper-V or another hypervisor on the build you choose.
Why Run Your Hypervisor on a Dedicated Server
A cloud VM can host nested VMs, but every layer costs performance and money. On bare metal, your hypervisor is the only one.
No nested virtualization
Your hypervisor talks to the CPU directly: Intel VT-x and VT-d or AMD-V and AMD-Vi, with no provider hypervisor underneath taking a cut.
No noisy neighbours
Every core, every GB of RAM and every disk is yours. CPU steal time comes only from VMs you placed there.
Cost per VM falls as you fill it
One fixed monthly price for the host, whether it runs five VMs or two hundred. No per-VM or per-vCPU billing.
Traffic without a meter
Every build has a 1Gbps port with no monthly transfer quota, so a busy tenant does not turn into an overage line.
DDoS filtering in front
40Gbps / 4Mpps Layer 4 protection is included on the server, so one attacked VM does not take the whole host offline.
Console when it matters
Reboot, reinstall and reach the KVM over IPMI console from the client area, without opening a ticket first.
Tell Us What Your VMs Need
Two minutes of detail saves a week of emails. An engineer reads it, picks the build, and replies with a quote and anything we would change.
What Customers Virtualize on Our Servers
The same hosts carry very different workloads. A few patterns we see often:
Private cloud
A Proxmox or vSphere cluster you control, at a fixed monthly cost. How it fits the rest of the stack: infrastructure as a service.
MSPs and agencies
One host per client or many clients per host, with your own IP space. Hand the hypervisor to us with infrastructure management.
Dev, test and CI
Spin up and throw away VMs all day on a 4:1 overcommit without a per-hour bill growing in the background.
Kubernetes and containers
Run k3s, Rancher or OpenShift nodes as VMs, or LXC on Proxmox, with full control of the kernel underneath.
Disaster recovery
Replicate VMs to a second facility and keep nightly backups on off-server backup storage.
Traffic-heavy tenants
VMs that serve video, downloads or game traffic sit behind an unmetered port. See unmetered dedicated servers.
